Our Team

Gail

Gail has been with Professional Lane Dental Associates for 8 years. She worked as a dental assistant for 10 years before going to UAB to become a hygienist 25 years ago. She has served as a member of the Alabama Mass Disaster Dental Forensic Team and held the office of President of the Wiregrass Hygiene Organization.

Gail has a daughter who is also in the dental field. Nikki is a certified dental assistant who resides in Germany with her husband Travis. Travis proudly serves our country as a helicopter pilot in the United States Army. God Bless Our Military.

Pam

Pam joined the staff at Professional Lane Dental Associates 9 and ½ years ago. She has worked in Texas, Georgia, South Carolina and now Dothan which has been home for the last 20 years. Her 33 years experience in the dental field includes working as a dental assistant, front desk coordinator, office manager and currently dental hygienist. She is active in the community by visiting the elementary schools during Children's Dental Health Month and speaking to diabetes groups about oral health.

Outside office hours, Pam and her husband Joe enjoy traveling together, church activities and their two cocker spaniels.

Stephanie

Stephanie has been with Professional Lane Dental Associates for six months and has worked in the dental field for seven years beginning in high school. She is currently Dr. Dollar's assistant but has previous experience as a financial and scheduling coordinator.

Stephanie is originally from Dallas Texas but now resides with her husband Brian in Abbeville. They have two daughters, five year old Hayley and 8 month old Holly. For fun, they enjoy taking the children to the beach or lake, going on cruises, and playing at the park. Together, Brian and Stephanie enjoy golfing and college football season.

Jolinda

Jolinda has been with Professional Lane Dental Associates for 3 years. She loves her job here and has enjoyed learning all the specifics of dentistry. Jolinda began her career as the receptionist for her Dad's beauty shop and has worked the last 30 years as an office manager for a manufacturing company, a car dealership and a charter aircraft company.

Jolinda teaches Sunday School at Headland United Methodist Church, is District Treasurer for the UMW and sings in the choir. Jolinda and her husband Stan have two daughters, Katie & her husband Tom live in Eufaula and Tracy & her husband Pat live in Atlanta. They are especially blessed with their grandchildren, Maggie & Gaius, who they love to take to the beach, read together and play in the garden.

Jessica

Jessica joined Professional Lane Dental Associates in 2010. She received an associates degree in dental hygiene from Lord Fairfax Community College in Virginia. Prior to entering the dental field, she served four years in the United States Navy specializing in aviation weather.

Jessica resides in Dothan with her husband and three children.

Julie

Julie has been with Professional Lane for 1 and ½ years and has worked in the dental field for 22 years. She has held dental hygiene licenses in Kentucky, Kansas, and Georgia and is currently licensed in Florida and Alabama. She enjoys working in all areas of the dental office and currently serves as a scheduling coordinator and fill-in hygienist.

Julie and her husband Clark are originally from Lexington, KY and have lived in Dothan for three years. They have three children, Ben, 21, Bonny, 17 and Grace, 15. In their spare time they enjoy watching movies, camping, and their in-house Auburn/Alabama football rivalry.

Lisa

Lisa has been with Professional Lane for 7 years. She has 20 years of dental experience. She serves as Dr. Dollar's assistant and also holds an Alabama dental hygiene license. She has attended L. D. Pankey Institute for continuing education as well as University of Florida for certification.

Lisa lives in Florida with her daughter Carly, 16, and Todd the Cat who is six. She and her daughter are big Florida State fans. They enjoy going to the beach, shopping and hanging out together.

Karen

Karen has been with Professional Lane for over 4 years working as a schedule and new patient coordinator .  She has 20 years experience in information technologies.  She has also had a very successful cake decorating business.
 
Karen has lived in the Dothan area for 10 years with her son Garret-19.  Garret is currently serving with the AZ National Guard at Fort Eustis, VA.  Karen enjoys going to the beach, listening to music, reading, and playing poker with her friends.

PAtty

Patty has been at Professional Lane Dental Associates for five years. She started her dental career in 1976 and graduated from the Alabama Dental Hygiene program in 1980. She has volunteered her dental services in nursing homes and also with dental screenings for deploying soldiers. She enjoys all aspects of the dental field.

Patty has been happily married to Gary for 34 years. Together they have three children, Christy, Courtney and Garrett and five beautiful grandchildren. She enjoys spending her spare time with all of them, riding motorcycles and cooking.

Susanne

Susanne was born and raised in Nuremberg, Germany. She attended a vocational school from 2002-2005 and graduated with a Dental Assistant degree. In 2006 she completed her studies with a Dental Hygienist degree. Susanne moved to Dothan, AL in 2007 and has been with Professional Lane Dental Associates since July of that year as Dr. Hein's assistant.

Susanne lives in Dothan with her two year old son Jason. They enjoy nature, the water, going to parks and shopping together.
