Office Hours

Our office hours are 8:00 to 5:00 Monday through Thursday, 8:00 to 12:00 on Friday.

Due to our commitment for improvement through continuing education, we find it necassary to close from time to time to attend seminars and lectures.

Our office does not charge for cancelled appointments if we are given at least 24 hours of notice.  There will be a charge for broken appointments.  The amount will be determined by the amount of time reserved.

If you were referred to our office by another patient, please let us know.  We like to thank our referring patients in a special way.
