Insurance Concerns

As a courtesy to our patients, we are happy to file their dental insurance claims.  We accept all dental insurance plans but are Preferred Providers for BlueCross BlueShield of Alabama, Delta Dental, Southland, and United Concordia.

Any deductible and estimated co-pay must be paid the day of service.  Please remember that no insurance company attempts to cover all dental costs.  It is your responsibility to pay any balance not paid by your insurance company.
